An Intimate Delhi Wedding with the Bride in a Coral Pink Lehenga

They say marriages are made in heaven and solemnized on the Earth. Our Couple today Sumit and Palak are the quintessence of modern arranged marriages in India, where your parents may set up a meeting but it is you who have to make the ultimate decision.

Meet Sumit & Palak

Sumit and Palak met a year ago with both of their parents in a hotel. During their first meeting, they liked each other and decided that they should meet 2 to 3 times more before making any decision. They did not exchange their contacts or any social media exchange during their first meeting. They met again later and it was during their 3 rd meeting when Sumit decided to take the plunge and propose Palak for the marriage.

Sumit planned for a lunch date in Lalit Hotel. There he had set up a romantic table with cake, roses and
Champagne. After lunch, Sumit got down on his knees and proposed Palak with a
ring for marriage. Palak couldn’t hold her years on receiving a beautiful proposal from Sumit and said YES !!!

The good news was shared with the family and the wedding was fixed. The official wedding festivities started with the Roka Ceremony in February and they tied the knot later in November 2019 in Delhi.

Different functions had a different look. But for Palak, her favourite look is her Roka look.
Palak says,” I followed many Makeup artists to get the look and my Makeup artist for that day was
Fiza Aziz Wani. She did a tremendous job”.
