Amazon Prime’s Made in Heaven has been the talk of the town from the first time it premiered in 2019. From engaging hard-hitting stories to the stellar star cast, larger-than-life weddings, and swoon-worthy outfits it left everyone wanting for more. After 4 years’ worth of wait Made in Heaven is back with Season 2 and binge-watching it had to happen. The wait was worth it, watching Tara Khanna aka Shobhita flaunting the ace designer wear was a delight and we are fan girling on her since Season 1. Well, we come back to Tara soon but let’s talk about the weddings and the brides as we watched episode after episode each bride made us fall in love dressed up in outfits from the best designers in the country the brides looked ravishing.
Here are the drool worthing bridal looks from Made in Heaven.
Radhika Apte in Kanjeevaram Silk Saree
It’s one of our favourite weddings from the series and oh god when Radhika Apte walked in for her Buddhist Wedding Ceremony it was surreal. It was like witnessing a Buddhist wedding in person and we were literally in awe of her aura and the wedding. Won’t lie have rewatched it multiple times ever since. Radhika looked so elegant in an ivory and gold kanjeevaram silk saree from Gaurang Shah which she styled with Maharashtrian jewellery and pearl mundawali and a white gajra hairdo.
Mrunal Thakur Aced modern and Royal Bride Looks
Actress Mrunal Thakur looked drop dead gorgeous for her sangeet and wedding ceremony. She aced her role as abused fiance of a celebrated life coach bringing out toxicity and domestic violence in a relationship. Mrunal Thakur’s outfits were designed by designer Tarun Tahiliani and she exudes every bit of royalty.
For Sangeet Mrunal Thakur wore multi coloured lehenga in brocade that features meenakari, gota patti work, aari embroidery and sequins. It is paired with a matching blouse and a multi-coloured embellished gilet.
For the wedding Mrunal made a beautiful bride in a ivory and red bridal lehenga. This Tarun Tahiliani lehenga was beautifully styled with a Rakhdi Mathapatti, embroidered belt, bajuband and layered pieces of jewellery. We loved how stunning Mrunal looked in this ensemble and not to miss her beautiful henna.
Zayn Khan as Elegant Sabysachi Bride
Zayn Khan played the role of a dusky skin bride Sarina who was not comfortable in her own skin and the society made her believe so. . Zayn Khan and her bride tribe rocked their bachelorette party in a couture theme photoshoot all decked up in Sabyasachi and the entire squad looked chic and we loved every bit of the shoot.
For the wedding Zayn Khan was seen in a beautiful dusty rose pink brocade bridal lehenga embellished with embroidered borders inspired by Indian folklore bridal lehenga with pink organza dupatta trimmed with silver dipped ‘kiran.’ The look is accessorised with eclectic and old world polki jewellery.
Naina Sareen In Aisha Rao
Naina Sareen was seen in a hot pink and ice blue lehenga set for her Mehendi on the show. We loved how she is been styled in pink with minimum jewellery as opposed to what we see the brides wearing for Mehendi is usually green with floral jewellery . This was a refreshing Mehendi Look.
Elnaaz Norouzi In Manish Malhotra’s Sequin Saree
Elnaaz Norouzi slayed her role as Actress being married to a superstar actor Sarfraz Khan played by Pulkit Samrat on the show. She slayed in wine colour Manish Malhotra Sequin Saree like a total babe for the destination wedding at the French Riviera.
Sarah Jane Dias In Gauri And Nainika Gown
Sarah Jane Dias looked ethereal in a gorgeous white baloon trail gown by Gauri and Nainika for her Christian wedding, though the wedding didn’t go through as we all would have imagined. But , it just got better and we loved every bit of it .
Neelam Kothari Soni in Manish Malhotra
It’s always a delight to watch Neelam on the screen, this time around being the mother of the groom initially and while the story progressed she got her own fairytale ending. Neelam made an edgy yet minimal bride donning a black Jacket Anarkali with floral embroidery.
Shibani Dandekar Akhtar & Sheena Khalid in Gaurav Gupta Custom outfits
Love knows no barriers and conventions the theme of Shibani & Sheena’s story . The two gorgeous girls rocked in Gaurav Gupta Couture looking like goddesses in gold ensembles for their commitment ceremony.
