PROPOSAL & WEDDING
After meeting for few times Pooja and Anshul knew that they were made for each other and should take it further.
Pooja says ” I didn’t think I would change my city for anyone, because Elusive Dreams my decor company was doing very well in Delhi and I had made a brand and created a niche for myself, but this man changed my life and my decision! Today when I look back it was the best decision I made.”
The proposal took place 3 months later at Taj Lake Place, Udaipur and it was one fun proposal that was shared all across the social media websites and became the talk of the town.
The wedding was soon finalized and Taj Palace, Mumbai was finalized for the wedding. The two-day wedding festivities in Mumbai had 800 guests in attendance. The decor was designed by Pooja with major inputs from Anshul.
On wedding planning experience with Anshul Pooja Says,
” Anshul was the most involved groom I had ever met. From my outfit trials to his outfit trails to my make up trials, he was so involved !! He wanted to know everything and I was so happy that he was taking charge of all the planning as much as me. I knew he was someone who would share responsibilities with me in the future.”

Sangeet
The purple and blue decor for the sangeet matched perfectly with the couple outfits. Pooja looked extremely gorgeous in a purple trail lehenga. Photo Booth which made Gifs our hashtags was present at the venue along with personalised straws and stirrers with couple hashtag to give a personalized touch to the event decor. The Highlight of the event was Varun Dhawan who made the guests go gaga over his dance performance.

Elusive Dream Come True
The wedding day was as beautiful as it could get with all things in peach with hints of gold. Hanging Hydrangeas at the entrance ceiling to the floral backdrop for the stage, a separate Jai Mala stage and tall table arrangements the already beautiful venue looked spectacular.
“My vidai was as emotional as it could get for a bride who was leaving her parents home in Delhi and moving to a new city where she had no friends and had to start a new office, from scratch. My husband held my hand at that time and whispered in my ears, that he will never let a teardrop from my eye ever again and that he will always be my best friend before being a husband”…… Priya
The Decor
I wanted no flowers to be wasted at my wedding but at the same time, I wanted to use flowers especially on my wedding day. We used ALL artificial imported flowers for both days!! I wanted to spread awareness of zero wastage and doing our bit for the environment. Artificial flowers are reusable and therefore it’s more practical to use them, I wanted to create an impact.
