Wedding Festivities

“It was a 3-day celebration and the tagline of our wedding was “ye shaadi nahi tyohar hai”. Our wedding was the perfect amalgamation of fun, love, and laughter. The celebration started with the haldi function at my home and bhajan sandhya at Nishcahy’s home.

On the second day, we had our haldi and mehendi function together, the groom’s and the bride’s side had a dance face-off. And the same evening we had our Sangeet. Sangeet function was a huge hit. It was a 90’s theme party and everyone danced on 90’s track. We started the function with our parents lightning the lamp in front of a huge Shivalinga installation. There were two surprises for me, one my mother sang the song “rani beti raj kregi” it was a very emotional moment for everyone. Second Nishchay’s surprise dance with me. I had no clue that he would come in between his performance and ask me to dance together.

On the third day, we had our reception, the highlight of the reception was a drone-enabled varmala, followed by the reception we had our pheras in the night.” – says the bride.
