Hetvi & Tirth Dreamy Wedding
What was the vision of the couple for their dream wedding & how did you execute it?
“Their vision for a wedding was elegant & memorable. That’s the only term we were given. We took that and decided the décor for it accordingly. Their idea was to have function appropriate flower decoration for the smaller functions, beautiful flower décor for the wedding & reception. (as you will see in the pictures)”- Krunal Parekh.
Tell us something about the bride & groom?
They met through an arranged setting, but if you see them with each other you’d never figure that out. They looked so much in love and were so in sync with each other. Hetvi is this calm composed sweet individual as opposed to Tirth being this guy who has absolute clarity and strong-headed. When you look at them talking to each other & with other people, they are so much in sync with each other. It never seems like their marriage has been arranged. A beautiful bond that was created between the two in their courtship period.
We have known them since their courtship period and seen every little thing they do for each other. From planning surprises on Valentine’s Day to getting cute little gifts to meeting each other’s friends. They’ve accepted each other completely.
Tirth fell in love with her Calmness, Positivity, Patience & Simplicity.
How did you pick the color scheme or a theme for all wedding functions?
We selected the theme & décor as per the Time (daylight or night) & Venue(indoor or outdoor)of the function. We were specific of using bright colored combinations for the décor to make it look vibrant & elegant. We’ve only used real flowers in all the décor.

For Pithi or Haldi ceremony, we went with traditional bright colors like orange or yellow kurtas for all the immediate family members. We majorly used yellow & orange gota flowers for the décor as it was a majorly day function.

For the reception decor, we went for Mystic Garden themed entry, with gypsies, calla lilies, roses, etc. It was a magical entry to the reception. The stage was also adorned with a huge backdrop that was filled with white & pink shades of real flowers.
Share your experience with the bride & groom through the entire planning process?
Experience with the bride & groom and their family was amazing. It was a very smoothly run management because they had trust in us completely. They made us and every vendor working with us feel like family. The groom was very sure and particular about the theme and color combinations he wanted. Above all, they were a Dream Come, True Client! The experience was amazing as every little detail was very well communicated & pre-planned well in advance.
Some advice for the couples regarding wedding planning?
1. Make a list of every function with its rituals systematically.
2. List down the things you are going to need on all days of the functions. Set it in maybe a format like this for every function.
